At Titley Scientific, we’re dedicated to supporting you and your work. If you need to service your recorder or require a repair, please reach out to your local distributor. They’ll assist you with the process and ensure your equipment gets the care it needs.

Are you in Australia and need a repair? Follow these steps to get your device checked by our team:
- Contact Us First: before sending your device, give us a call or send us an email. Many issues can be resolved quickly through troubleshooting steps over the phone or email.
- Complete the Return Form: if a repair is needed, fill out our RMA Form (PDF) for each device (include microphones on the same form) and send it with your device.
- Ship Your Equipment: mail your device and form to us, and be sure to tick “Quote before Repair” if it’s out of warranty.
- Assessment & Options: we’ll assess the device and provide a quote or repair/replacement options, including timelines.
- Approval & Payment
- Repair: Confirm the quote and payment, and we’ll proceed with the repair.
- Replacement: Place an order and confirm payment for a new device.
- Warranty Replacement: If under warranty, we’ll repair or replace at no cost.

Are you in the US and need repairs or servicing for your Titley equipment? Follow these steps:
- Contact Us First: before sending your device, reach out to us or your local distributor. Many issues can be resolved quickly through troubleshooting steps over the phone or email.
- Complete your Return Form: if a repair is needed, fill out our Service Form (PDF) for each device (include microphones on the same form) and send a copy with your equipment. Provide a detailed description of any issues and indicate if you need expedited service.
- Ship Your Equipment: mail your equipment to us at the address listed on the form. If you are getting a Peace of Mind (POM) service, don’t forget to include one microphone per device that you want tested. If possible, shoot us a quick email at ask@titley-scientific.com to let us know it’s on its way.
- Assessment & Options: we’ll assess the equipment and provide a quote or repair/replacement options, including expected timelines.
- Approval & Payment: If under warranty, we’ll repair or replace at no cost. If not, confirm the quote and we’ll proceed with the repair and supply an invoice.
