Zero-crossing

Zero crossing is a typical format for recording bat files. Zero-crossing (.zc, .zca, & .xx# files) renders the sound information down into a series of time vs. frequency dots representing the loudest sounds at any point in time. For more information see our FAQ section (Q5): zero crossing vs. full spectrum.
