Designed to provide an overview of your wildlife recorder settings.

This introductory workshop is presented by a recognized industry expert, Dr Julie Broken-Brow. Running 30 minutes, it will provide a brief overview of recorder settings. Particular focus will be on the Chorus and Ranger devices, but these settings are generally universal across most recorders. 

This workshop will be recorded and available to attendees for one week after the workshop.

This workshop will be recorded and available to attendees for one week after the workshop.

Prerequisites: Have a good working knowledge of Anabat Insight or have attended a Basic or Intermediate-level Anabat Insight workshop previously.

Dieser 30-minütige Online-Workshop wird von Jaroslaw Kloster auf Deutsch geleitet und bietet eine kompakte, praxisnahe Einführung in die Welt der Fledermausrufe. Im Mittelpunkt steht das grundlegende Verständnis der Echolokation als Basis für eine fundierte Identifikation von Fledermäusen anhand ihrer Rufe. Konkrete Artbestimmungen nach dem Muster „Art A sieht so aus“ sind nicht Bestandteil des Workshops – stattdessen erhalten Sie das methodische Rüstzeug, um Rufe systematisch einzuordnen und zu interpretieren.
