Presented by recognised industry experts Greg Ford and Dr Julie Broken-Brow, this 1 – 4 day workshop provides a detailed insight into bat acoustics and gives participants hands-on experience using the latest software to analyse and identify the calls of Australian species.
Day 1. Introduction to Bat Detection

Days 2 – 3. Intermediate Level Call Analysis

- Workflow options
Day 4. Advanced Call Analysis (*)
Designed to advance ID skills on difficult species, and optimise Insight workflow
- Teasing apart common species complexes
- Tricky to ID species
- Building a full decision tree
