The Anabat Equalizer is specially designed to help make standardising your sampling effort among detectors and/or across time quick and easy.
The system consists of:
The new Anabat Chirper II is a revision of the original chirper with additional features designed to make it more flexible and powerful. It plays a variety of different chirps at two widely different amplitudes so that it can be used for both education as well as calibration.
The jig is a precision tool used to align the AnaBat bat detector and the Chirper II. This step is important so that the bat detector can be accurately and repeatedly set to a chosen sensitivity.
The system also includes user-friendly software which automates the measuring and equalization process, taking the guess-work out of setting multiple detectors to the same sensitivity.
